Mattress

Your enjoyment of our mattress is important to us. We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. However we are human and do on the very rare occasion make mistakes. Please notify us of any products delivered to you that are incorrect, in a damaged or a defective state within 14 days of delivery.

If you purchased your Meelu mattress from www.meelusleep.com, you qualify for our 100 Night Risk Free Trial. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your mattress to us within 100 days from date of delivery.

Once a return policy has been used all future purchases from that household will not qualify for the 100 night risk free trial. All purchases before the date of return will still qualify for the 100 night risk free trial.

To request a return please e-mail us at support@meelusleep.com, with a photo of your mattress and a photo of your mattress label together with your order number, your name, and a valid contact telephone number and we will contact you to arrange collection.

Once your request is approved we will arrange collection of the product within South Africa. Collection of returned products may attract a delivery fee.

Your refund will be made after inspection, once the product is found to be undamaged, subject, of course, to the usual associated wear and tear from use.

Pillow

Your enjoyment of our products is important to us. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your pillow to us within 30 days from date of delivery.

To request a return please e-mail us at support@meelusleep.com, with a photo of your pillow together with your order number, your name, and a valid contact telephone number and we will contact you to arrange collection. Once your request is approved we will arrange collection of the product within South Africa. Collection of returned products may attract a return delivery fee.
