No need to delay, we recommend opening your mattress as soon as it arrives! However, your mattress can remain in the box for up to a month after delivery. Please keep in mind, the 100 night trial begins from the date of delivery, not once you open the box.

The Meelu Mattress will work with almost any mattress base or frame. You can even place your Meelu mattress on the floor! However, we recommend that the spaces in the slats of your base are not more than 5 centimetres apart in order to avoid unnecessary mattress wear and tear. If you have any questions regarding your base please contact us and we will be happy to assist with any questions.

Your Meelu Mattress is ready as soon as it comes out of the box! However, the mattress will require approximately 24 hours after unpackaging to reach its optimum comfort level.

No, you do not need to keep the box. We will collect the mattress from you in its uncompressed state. We do however request that you keep your proof of purchase. No mattress will be collected without an original proof of purchase.

Yes, the Meelu mattress comes complete with a zip-and-wash removable cover. It is important to note that washing the darker base layer will damage your cover. Wash only the white comfort layer with the removable zip cover. We recommend that you only wash the cover a maximum of once every six months to maximise its lifespan.
