1. When will my mattress arrive?
Once you’ve chosen your Meelu mattress and we’ve confirmed everything on our end, the countdown begins. Expect your Meelu mattress to arrive within 3-7 working days, neatly packed in a box. Check out our easy-to-follow setup video for straightforward instructions.
Non-regional or outlying areas may take longer to deliver, and while we try to stay within the 3-7 day delivery period, there may be delays by the courier to these areas.
2. Shipping information
We have partnered with a national courier company to deliver your perfect night’s sleep to your doorstep. You will be notified as soon as your Meelu Mattress has been dispatched. Thereafter, you will be able to use the unique waybill number we provide to track your delivery status.

Our partnership with a premier courier ensures your mattress delivery is a breeze. We carefully compress and roll each mattress into a compact size, making them easy to transport and deliver right to your doorstep. You’ll get a waybill number for real-time tracking, so you can anticipate the arrival of your new sleep sanctuary.

7. Can I come to collect my order myself?
We currently do not offer collections from our warehouse for security reasons.
